Enjoying What Life Has to Offer

A Good Book Has the Power to Change Your Life.

A few months back I invested in a few financial books because I kept seeing these gurus on social media pitching their knowledge base and talking about financial matters that seemed alien to me. So, I set out to educate myself to make sure I was not being misled or sucked into a scheme where I would later regret.

One of the books I invested in is the Tony Robins best seller Money Master the Game. It did not take long while reading this book that I realized how much the average person does not know about the financial markets and how the elite and knowledgeable are taking advantage of the financially illiterate. It’s like the whole financial system has been designed to trap people in an endless cycle of debt and bad financial decisions one after the other that would do two things: 1) keep them in the same socioeconomic situation they are in, and, 2) encourage them to spend their money on things that have no financial value.

Let me explain.

I’m not naive. I had a good suspicion that financial markets were rigged against the consumer. But what I was not aware of was to the extent that everything was corrupt and manipulated to syphon money from the masses. That is the recipe to get rich. Get a little money from a lot of people with the promise of sizable gains that will never come.

So why am I telling you this? Simple really! This book by Tony Robins is more of an expose of financial markets as opposed to a financial literacy resource. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying Tony Robins is an angel and he is doing this to help the masses. Writing this book is financially motivated but what he has uncovered has allowed him to expose a well kept secret of the financial markets and in the process gain thousands of disciples who will gladly pay him to divulge more knowledge.

Now how does this fit into this book having the power to change someone’s life? It’s all about timing. For some it comes sooner than later and if that happens they can course correct their financial life and become financially free come retirement time. It has come later in life for me but I still consider myself lucky to have found inspiration to invest in my financial education. That is the difference between the 1% and the rest. They have the knowledge and the means to take advantage of the system and people. The more you invest in educating yourself the less likely you will end up with a financial decision that will cost you dearly.

So do I recommend this book? Absolutely! I think it has a wealth of information in it that will open your eyes to a world where the knowledgeable have rigged the system to ensure they always win. I’m all about not giving them that chance.

If you are interested in joining the financially literate world and kick wall street to the curb then get your copy today and let me know if it has been as eye opening for you as it has been for me.

Every once in a while I come across art on social media that takes my breath away. In this case, I was blown away by what I was seeing. I’m not a fan of hyper realism art by any means but I can appreciate the skill. However, CJ Hendry takes that notion to another level.
